Community Agreement
As a participant of Cheering w/ My Homegirls, I agree to:
- Treat all participants, coaches, and volunteers with dignity and respect regardless of age, size, skill level, or background
- Maintain a judgment-free zone at all times, including toward myself
- Communicate openly with coaches about any health concerns or limitations
- Support my fellow participants in their growth and celebrate their wins
- Address conflicts respectfully and directly, or bring concerns to a coach
- Uphold these values in class, on WhatsApp, and across all community spaces
Ongoing violation of this agreement may result in removal from the program.
Liability Waiver
I acknowledge and agree to the following regarding my participation in Cheering w/ My Homegirls:
- Assumption of Risk: Cheerleading and physical fitness activities involve inherent risk of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate knowing these risks exist.
- Release of Liability: I release Cheering w/ My Homegirls, its directors, coaches, and volunteers from all claims arising from my participation.
- Physical Condition: I confirm I am in adequate physical condition and will disclose any health concerns, injuries, or limitations to my coach before class.
- Emergency Authorization: In an emergency, I authorize program staff to contact my emergency contact and seek medical treatment on my behalf. All medical costs are my responsibility.
- Right to Modify: I understand I can modify or stop any activity at any time if I feel unsafe or unwell.
Photo & Video Release
I grant Cheering w/ My Homegirls permission to photograph and video record me during classes and events for use on social media, promotional materials, and community content.
- Images may be used on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and in promotional materials
- I am not entitled to compensation for use of my likeness
- I may opt out at any time by notifying a program administrator
- My full name will not appear in public content without my specific consent
- Content will always represent me with dignity and respect

How to Run This Program Like a Pro
This guide walks you through every admin tool from managing participants to running class day check-ins.
Full access to everything. Can create and cancel classes, verify payments, manage all participants, export reports, and assign coaches.
Can run class day check-ins, view emergency contacts, mark attendance, and promote waitlisted participants. Cannot edit classes or manage payments.
Can access the class day check-in tool and view the class roster for their assigned class only. Emergency contacts are visible during class hours.
Tap "Manage Classes" from the Quick Actions grid.
Set the date, time, location, and capacity. Default capacity is 25 participants.
Check-in opens automatically on the Monday after the previous class ends. You can adjust this if needed.
Select which coach or coaches are assigned to this class and location.
The class day check-in tool is your go-to on the day of class. Here's how to use it:
From the admin dashboard, tap the "Class Day Check-In Tool" button or the QR icon in the top right corner.
Type their name in the search bar. The list filters as you type.
Tap the green check button next to their name. Their status updates to "Present" immediately.
You'll see "Paid" or "Unpaid" chips next to each name. Remind unpaid participants to submit before the session starts.
Tap the orange phone icon next to any participant to pull up their emergency contact info immediately.
If someone doesn't show, scroll to the Waitlist section and tap "Promote" next to the next person in line. They'll get notified right away.
Participants pay through CashApp and mark it in the app. Your job is to verify, or log a cash payment directly on their profile.
The Admin Dashboard shows a "Pending Payment Verification" section with names and methods listed.
Confirm you received $10 from that participant on CashApp ($CWMHomegirls). The memo should say "CLASS".
Once confirmed, tap the green check button. Their status updates to "Paid" across the app.
Tap "Roster" in the admin nav. Filter by team, location, or shirt size. Tap any participant to view their full profile, emergency contact, and attendance history.
Tap the download icon on the Roster screen to export a CSV file with roster data, shirt sizes, or emergency contacts.
Tap "Reports" in the admin nav to view attendance trends by class, location, and participant.

Keep the check-in tool open on your phone during the full class period for quick access to emergency contacts.
When you mark someone present, their check-in status updates in real time for the Program Director too.
If a participant doesn't appear on your roster, they may not have completed registration. Direct them to the registration screen first.
Use the announcement board to post schedule changes before they hit WhatsApp. It keeps everything in one place.
